19th Annual Hobgoblins On Main
Street Costume Parade & Festival
Oct 28. 1pm-4pm. FREE. All Ages. This much-
loved family festival features the annual
merchant trick-or-treating and the Hobgoblin
Parade. The costume parade features children
in Halloween costumes parading down Osceola
Street. The parking lots adjacent to the Riverwalk
Stage on St. Lucie Avenue will be transformed
in to a family fall festival with a variety of kid
and family-friendly activities including pumpkin
decorating, bounce houses, face
painting, food vendors and more. Bring the

20th Annual Bahamian Festival

8th Annual Walk A Mile In Her Shoes -
Martin County
Oct 7. 9am-11am. Men are challenged to walk
one mile in women‘s red high-heeled shoes.
Most men quickly realize that it‘s not easy
walking in these shoes, but it‘s a light-hearted
way to get the community talking about
something that‘s otherwise difficult to talk
about...domestic violence. What started with a
handful of brave men has grown to hundreds of
community leaders, businessmen, youth groups,
fathers and sons. Please consider supporting this
important event by sponsoring or participating

Ais On The Lagoon Community Paddle

paddle across the Indian River Lagoon! This
annual event starts at the U.S. Sailing Center
in Jensen Beach with takeoff at 8am. Paddle
your way across the IRL and stop on Florida
Oceanographic‘s shoreline for a breakfast of grits
and clams with a brief educational presentation
by a local historian. This is a bring your own

Fire Fest 2017
